API Integration
Do you have a custom website or mobile app where your customers can order your product? If so, you can integrate your site with SW’s API, so orders placed on your website are automatically submitted to us for fulfillment. This means you don’t have to take time out of your busy day to reiterate that order by calling your sales team. More time for you means more time to bring in new customers.
E-Commerce Platforms
If you don’t have a website, but want to offer online ordering to your customers, SW has partnered with a number of different e-commerce platforms, including Power eCommerce, ECi Solutions (makers of Red Cheetah, Red Falcon, DDMS/DDMS+, and eAutomate), Varstreet, and others, to integrate our systems. Just like the API integration, orders placed by your customers are automatically processed and send sent to SW for fulfillment, leaving you free to concentrate on growing your business.
We’re also always interested in adding new e-commerce partners, so if you’re working with a platform with whom we don’t currently integrate, let us know and we’ll reach out to them!
Bulk Order Submission
We appreciate that it’s not always in the cards to add a custom website or e-commerce solution to your business- but time is still a precious commodity to you. If you regularly process multiple daily orders with SW, consider moving to bulk order submission. By emailing SW a spreadsheet of the orders you’d like to submit for the day, you don’t have to stay on the line and walk through each order individually. We’ll take your spreadsheet and upload it into our system, processing all your orders at once.

With customer specialists available Monday through Friday, from 7am to 5pm, PST, we love to talk to you!
